This past summer I had a ton of fun at Airbnb as an experience design intern on the guest mobile web team, where I worked on 2 main projects.
MoWeb
Previously, Airbnb’s mobile website was under-maintained and buggy, so our MoWeb team was formed as a cross-functional team to redesign the end-to-end mobile web experience.
I redesigned a complex identity verification flow to provide users with less friction when booking a listing

I prototyped an open-ended device switching project that spanned multiple teams, and was able to pivot the solution space into one more closely aligned with stakeholder needs.
